You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​

If the customer makes an error in shipping addresses and results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.

lost+damaged items

Once an item has been shipped, TAF is not responsible for packages that are lost due to mail service. If you have failed to receive your order, please email with your order number and I will call the local USPS about your package. It will be at the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the post office.

You have fourteen calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item.
Please email with pictures to prove the damage to the item and include your order number in the email.
Once accepted, a new item will be created and shipped.
